1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services or purchasing products from Finding Favor (Generational Medical LLC dba Finding Favor), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Payment constitutes acceptance of this agreement and forms a legally binding contract between you and Finding Favor.
This agreement remains in effect upon receipt of payment and may only be modified in writing with the consent of both parties.

2. Scope of Services
Finding Favor provides event planning services and curated products (including DIY party kits). Our role is to assist with planning, design, and coordination. We do not guarantee the performance of outside vendors, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and timely information.
Communicate promptly regarding event details.
Ensure all contracted vendors outside of Finding Favor are paid directly (if applicable).

3. Payment Terms
Payment Due: All payments are due in full before the event date or prior to shipment of products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: Deposits made to secure a date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Payments: Finding Favor reserves the right to charge a 5% late fee per week on overdue balances.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services, forfeiture of payments made, and potential collection of costs incurred.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments beyond the deposit may be partially refundable depending on timing and work already completed. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Rescheduling: If the Client wishes to reschedule, deposits may be applied to a future event at Finding Favor’s discretion, based on availability.
Force Majeure: Finding Favor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or acts of God).

5. Shipping & Products
Processing & Shipping: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS (3–7 business days), unless otherwise selected at checkout.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Local Pickup: Available by arrangement in the Kansas City area.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Finding Favor is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once transferred to the carrier. Claims must be made directly with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability
Finding Favor’s total liability for any claim arising out of services or products is limited to the amount the Client paid to Finding Favor. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, event interruptions, or vendor failures.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable.
